Be your brothers’ keepers, Oguh charges Christians
House of Representatives hopeful for Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise federal constituency in Imo State under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Dr. Marcelli Oguh has charged Christians to use the Easter period to re-examine their spiritual lives in order to make heaven.
He said that the period should serve as a moment of sober reflections and repentance as death and resurrection of Jesus Christ had brought salvation to mankind.
According to him if Jesus didn’t resurrect, the Christian faith would have beebn vague and Christians would not have had any valid claim today to advance. Oguh equally charged the people of Ezinihitte and Ahiazu in particular to remember the imports of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and then show love to all, which his death on the cross also meant to mankind, adding that the celebration is a continuum, hence he charged them use this period to pray fervently for Imo state and the Mbaise nation mainly now elections are approaching. He urged them to ask God to use them as good instruments that will attract genuine development to the area.
